Delete your ZapZoop account

How to ask

1. Email privacy@zapzoop.xyz from the Google account you sign in to ZapZoop with, with the subject Delete my ZapZoop account.
2. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• your ZapZoop account: name, email address, profile photo and user ID;
• the link between your account and your purchases in our subscription system;
• your push notification registration;
• analytics data tied to your user ID.

What we keep

• purchase and refund records that tax and accounting law requires us to keep, usually up to 8 years;
• aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.

Before you delete

• Cancel your subscription in Google Play first. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Pro and Lifetime purchases can't be restored to a deleted account.
• Your projects live only on your phone. Uninstalling ZapZoop deletes them; exported videos stay in your gallery.
